Your Earth is Deactivated!

Surely, This Year has been an Overwhelming Funnel of Breakouts for all of Us! We know that it was only a few weeks ago when a dust blanket has wrapped many countries across Africa and the Canary Islands, flooding over many regions and leaving many small shelters outdoors while the world is setting up their caves for the quarantine season as per the pandemic request.

And as our all Breaking Habits, after planning our goals for 2020, setting up our new calendars and outlining the first chapter of a new novel, we all Woke up on the wrong side of the year!

Coating the Earth with a series of Outbreaking News. A Novel Virus decided to sign his nonfiction novel on earth, forcing the World to stand on hold!!

Your Earth is deactivated!!!

But Your Inner Worlds are Not!

Locked Down is the right time for your Mind and Health to be Looked Up! And these are simple tips to consider working on.

1. Explore Yourself

Do You love flowers?! What kind of flowers do you like?! What are their names, shapes and smell look like?! Why not considering buying your favorite seeds and pots online and start planting it?!

May be not, you might be interested in Movies instead! Why don’t you explore the best movies in different genres? Or Watching Tv shows translated from different cultures, may be French, Spanish, Indian, Korean or Iranian. You will understand more about different cultures and the extreme wide deviation thoughts from yours that you might not knew that they even exist, and you might also be interested to learn a certain language afterwards! 😊

2. Design your Own Sound Track

As organizing your music playlist with your favorite songs and music albums every now and then, Create a framework for your seasonal tracks!

Instead of getting overwhelmed every time trying to remember how did you do a certain task that is done occasionally or seasonally or figuring out from where do you start proceeding it which of course doesn’t make your procrastination period any shorter before every hard work.

Create a Checklist that includes all the steps and tools to fulfill a specific task from start to finish, for example, you can create a packing list for the things that you take on travelling or when you go for camping instead of running all over the place every time collecting your things from here and there, hoping you haven’t forget anything. You can also make a checklist for the actions taken on a project that you are working upon, so you won’t miss a thing the second time.

3. You don’t Know What you don’t Know

The web knows what you like and it is working hard to reassure your thoughts and magnify your opinions, surrounding you with related if not similar chains of thoughts, ideas, favorites and people, that make your bubble ever thicker and leaving you helplessly with the unlimited possibilities of what you already know.

Dig in what you may dismissed in your daily life!! Discover what is hidden behind your comfort zone!! Read for authors you disagree with their thoughts. Read in what have always been without definition, yet still left behind! Explore New Apps that might make your tasks easier. Try what your friend has told you about but you didn’t have time to try or figure out how it works. Write down all the things that crossed your mind now and find out more!

You will get back to your 9 to 5 daily job after this season, and that available time is unguaranteed back then, make sure that you make something out of it Worthwhile!
