Stay at Home.. Not the Kitchen!

Other than, the Alcohol that is sprayed in our mouth and Iris now.. We are consistently searching for something to eat!!

Since the outdoor life packed her bags due to the pandemic.. We have been packing our stomach with whatever can reach our hands and can be named Food!!
But that can simply be handled with simple tips I found very useful to survive the crisis without causing another one! 

I can’t say it is a diet plan or a weight loss strategy but I would rather name it (Tips for a Crisis Diet) that would apply for any Unsated hungry person.

1. You’re not hungry, you’re thirsty!

Most of the time I would eat a big meal and wonder why I still feel hungry. It is because I wasn’t drinking a glass of water with my meal. Now if I notice I am hungry after eating normal portions I have a glass of water and wait 5 minutes before I continue eating.

2. Have a Taste.. Not a Meal!

When you determine your Diet Goals, Then it is the time for everyone to cook the most delicious colors of food ever!

How many times we make big Goals and an action plan to go on a perfect diet relentlessly and after a strong motivation and some pieces of fruit, We drop down on the first sight of a pizza, fries or burger!

We all do!

Why don’t you try to achieve your Goal without thinking about the pasta, fried chicken you have left in the kitchen till the free day!!

Try to have a small portion to taste and not a whole meal! Just stick to one piece from the one you are desperately -and I mean desperately- need to eat and you won’t need a free day to swallow up all the kitchen and kill your 6 passionate diet days like no other!

3. You need Discipline not Motivation

How can you have any weightloss score points if you are in an endless dispute between your mind and your stomach!!

How many times you started on a serious diet in one Month!
How many times you started your diet from the free day!!
How long does your Motivation last!!!

It is simple.. You need a Discipline and a Will to commit and not a motivation!!
Motivation if not perished within the first week, then it won’t last to a month without the right mindset for creating a system of Discipline to stick to!!
No matter if it is an easy diet plan or a strong weight loss strategy within one month.. You should be determine to be disciplined and committed to the right system that will be appropriate for your body and personality to stick.

4. Home Work Out

Although you may not be able to go to the Gym, you can still have a nice body shape from the comfort of your own home.
All you need is A Mat, Your favorite Music going on and a Workout Video on YouTube! And it is the time to start your own Gym practice!
